Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Klarna, and Vipps.
We reserve the right to cancel the order if the amount cannot be reserved from the specified card.
When you pay for goods with your credit card, the amount is not debited immediately. We make a reservation on your payment method to ensure that sufficient funds are available to cover the purchase price and complete the transaction. Only when we ship the goods from the warehouse do we debit the reserved amount. If the reservation cannot be made, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Delivery
We have most goods in stock, and normal delivery time is 5-10 days. Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days after the order is received. For international deliveries, expect a delivery time of up to 20 days.
Damage or error upon delivery
If the item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably on the same day the item is received. Contact us via email: post@smallmatters.no and describe the damage, attaching pictures of the item and packaging.
Unclaimed packages
Packages not picked up within the deadline at the carrier and returned to us are considered unclaimed. For unclaimed packages, the customer will be charged NOK 200 to cover our actual costs for shipping, return shipping, and administration.
Unclaimed packages are not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal. If the customer does not notify that the right of withdrawal is to be used within the withdrawal period, the purchase is considered binding.
Shipping
The customer pays for shipping, starting from NOK 69,- / 99,-. The shipping method is chosen in the online store. We ship with Mybox PostNord and Posten: package in mailbox. If you choose package in mailbox, make sure there is space for the items you have ordered. If you live far from a MyBox for PostNord, choose package in mailbox. For retailers and other customers, separate shipping agreements apply.
Right of withdrawal
14-day right of withdrawal after you have received the item you ordered in our online store. We want this process to be as simple as possible for all parties within the provisions of the law. Therefore, information about the right of withdrawal and a withdrawal form will be sent by email along with your order confirmation.
If you wish to return your item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item, preferably by email: post@smallmatters.no. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you/they receive physical possession of the goods. The item must then be returned as soon as possible, and be in our possession no later than 14 days after you have notified us of the return. The return is completed when the item is received by us.
The buyer/you must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, well packed and in good condition so that the goods are not damaged during return.
You are precluded from exercising the right of withdrawal if the item/items are deteriorated or damaged such that they cannot be returned in "approximately the same condition and quantity", and this is due to a lack of care or negligence on your part.
All returns must be sent to Smallmatters AS, Olav Aukrusts vei 44b, 0785 Oslo.
