Terms of Sale Smallmatters AS
The terms of sale apply to the sale of all goods from Smallmatters AS, online store, and together with your order, confirmed through an order confirmation, constitute the entire contractual basis for the purchase. The terms of sale and other information on www.smallmatters.no are only available in Norwegian.
Consumer purchases are regulated, among other things, in the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Marketing Act, the Personal Data Act, the E-Commerce Act and the Credit Purchases Act. If you would like more information about your rights and obligations when purchasing, these laws can be searched at lovdata.no.
Parties:
'Seller' is: Smallmatters AS, Olav Aukrusts vei 44b, 0785 Oslo, registered in the Brønnøysund Register (www.brreg.no) with org.nr.: 920640249, telephone: 90162628, e-mail: post@smallmatters.no, and is hereinafter referred to as 'we' or 'us'. Buyer is: the person stated as the buyer in the order, and is hereinafter referred to as 'you', 'thee', 'your' or 'yours'.

When we receive your order, we will confirm the order and automatically send you an order confirmation to the email address you have provided. Please read the order confirmation carefully when you receive it and check whether the order confirmation is consistent with your order.
Your order is binding when the order is registered in our computer system. We are also bound by your order if it does not deviate from what is offered by us in our online store. You still have the right to cancel the purchase in accordance with the law on the right of withdrawal.
We strive to provide our customers with as accurate information about our products as possible. However, we reserve the right to cancel your order or part of it if the product is out of stock. In the event of an out of stock situation, you will be notified of this, possibly together with information about what we can offer instead. You will be given the option to accept our new offer with the changes we specify in relation to your order, or cancel the order.
Prices
All prices are stated in NOK and include VAT. The order summary will include all costs associated with the item such as postage, shipping, packaging, etc.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Klarna and Vipps.
We reserve the right to cancel the order if the reservation of the amount cannot be made from the provided card.
When you pay for the goods with your credit card, the amount is not deducted immediately. We place a reservation on your payment method to ensure that there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase price and complete the transaction. Only when we ship the goods from the warehouse will we deduct the reserved amount. If the reservation cannot be made, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Delivery
We have most items in stock, and this normally gives a 5-10 day delivery time. Once we have received your order, it will be packed and shipped within 2-5 days. The items are shipped as a postal package, normally the delivery time is 2-7 days. During holidays and public holidays there may be a 5-7 day longer delivery time. Delivery abroad is sent by post, and can take up to 14 days.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the address you provide when ordering is correct. If the item is damaged upon delivery, you must notify us as soon as possible, preferably on the day of arrival. Preferably use email and describe the damage in detail. For uncollected packages or letters that are returned, you will be charged NOK 200 for the cost of shipping, return shipping and administration.
Freight
The customer pays for the shipping themselves, from NOK 69,- / 100,- Shipping method is selected in the online store. We ship with Mybox PostNord and parcel in the mailbox. If parcel in the mailbox is selected, make sure there is room for the items you have ordered. If you live far from a MyBox to PostNord, select parcel in the mailbox. For retailers and other customers, separate shipping agreements apply.
Right of withdrawal
14 days right of withdrawal after you have received the item you have ordered in our online store. We want the process around this to be as simple as possible for all parties within the provisions of the law. Therefore, information about the right of withdrawal and a withdrawal form will be sent by email together with your order.
If you wish to return your item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item, preferably by email: post@smallmatters.no. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the item in physical possession. Over Christmas, items can be exchanged until January 15 of the following year.
The buyer/you must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The goods must be returned in the original packaging, well packed and in good condition so that the goods are not damaged during the return.
You are prevented from exercising your right of withdrawal if the item(s) are deteriorated or damaged so that they cannot be returned in "approximately the same condition and quantity", and this is due to a lack of consideration or negligence on your part.
All returns should be sent to Smallmatters AS, Olav Aukrusts vei 44b, 0785 Oslo.
Complaints
You should, immediately after receiving the product(s), check whether the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, whether the product has been damaged during transport or whether the product is otherwise defective or missing. If the item is defective, you must report this to us as soon as possible, preferably on the day you received the product, so that we can take steps to resolve the problem. Please send a picture of the defect/missing item if possible.

We are available by phone every day, mainly from 08:00 -16:00, we answer emails continuously. It will therefore be easiest for us if you send an email.
All complaints must be approved by us before a return and complaint can be made. If you take measures to rectify the defect on your own initiative beyond what may have been agreed with Smallmatters AS, we will not pay for these costs. Rules on complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchase Act.
