Exchange, return and complaint
INFORMATION ABOUT EXCHANGE, RETURN AND COMPLAINT - SMALLMATTERS ONLINE STORE

- 30-day exchange right for size and sweater purchased in our online store

- We ensure quick and easy returns; as a customer, you cover the return cost
EXCHANGE:
If you wish to exchange an item purchased in our online store, you can do so within 30 days of receiving the item from us, with a receipt.
How to exchange an item:
1. Send us an email at post@smallmatters.no with your order number and which item/size you wish to exchange for.
2. The item you wish to exchange can either be exchanged at our store at Holmenveien 20, 0374 Oslo during regular opening hours: Tuesdays 11-16 or Thursdays 11-18 (or by appointment).
3. Alternatively, send the item you wish to exchange to:

4. Include information about the item you wish to exchange for.
5. The item must be unused, with all tags attached, and properly packaged in its original packaging when shipped.
6. Once we have received the item, we will send you a new item in return.
RETURN:
If you wish to return an item you have purchased, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the item from us. If the return period has expired, we offer a credit note for up to 30 days after you have received your order from us.
For online order returns, you must fill out the right of withdrawal form and send it to us at post@smallmatters.no with information about the relevant order number.
How to return an item:

4. Attach the order confirmation
5. The item must be unused, with all tags attached to the product, and properly packaged in its original packaging when shipped.
6. Once we have received the item, we will refund the amount you paid for the item to the same payment method used for the purchase. Shipping is not refunded.
COMPLAINT
We check all products before shipping, but should you nonetheless be unlucky and there is a fault with the item, you must notify us within a reasonable time after the fault was discovered. Please contact our customer service at post@smallmatters.no with an explanation and a picture of the defective item; we will follow up after receiving your email. If there is a defect or fault in the item, you can either deliver it to our store or send it to us. In the event of a complaint, we will refund shipping, and you will receive a new item in return.
All complaints must be approved by us before a return and complaint can be carried out. If you, on your own initiative, take measures to remedy the defect beyond what may have been agreed with Smallmatters AS, we will not pay for these costs. Rules for complaints are found in the Consumer Purchases Act.
INFORMATION IN OUR ONLINE STORE
We strive at all times to provide our customers with correct information about our products and stock status in our online store and in our marketing. However, we reserve the right for typographical errors in our texts or out-of-stock situations. If we are out of stock, we may have to cancel your order, or parts of it; we will then provide you with information about this and inform you of your alternatives. You can then freely choose whether you wish to accept our alternative offer or cancel your order.
